We are committed to making CleryEdge accessible to the broadest possible range of users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to design and maintain the Service in accordance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we continually evaluate opportunities to improve accessibility as the service evolves.

Our goal is to ensure that users can access and interact with CleryEdge in ways that support a wide range of assistive technologies and accessibility needs.

Accessibility Features

CleryEdge is designed to support accessible interaction across core system workflows. Users should be able to:

Access content clearly and consistently
View descriptive text for images and visual elements
Interact with forms, tables, and navigation components
Adjust colors, contrast levels, and fonts using browser settings
Zoom content without loss of usability
Navigate most of the Service using a keyboard
Use screen readers and other assistive technologies with modern browsers

Accessibility considerations are incorporated throughout our design, development, and testing processes.

Ongoing Accessibility Improvements

Accessibility is evaluated throughout the CleryEdge development lifecycle. Our accessibility efforts include:

Accessibility considerations during product design
Automated and manual accessibility testing
Review of accessibility issues during development and quality assurance
Prioritization of remediation when issues are identified

We remain committed to improving accessibility over time as the service continues to evolve.

Known Accessibility Limitations

While we strive to maintain broad accessibility support, some areas of the service may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Current areas under review include:

Color Contrast
Certain interface elements may not consistently meet recommended contrast ratios.
Keyboard Navigation
Some navigation components may not fully support tab navigation or may not properly announce expanded or selected states.

We are actively evaluating improvements to address these limitations as part of our ongoing development roadmap.

Accessibility Review

An accessibility audit of the service was conducted on October 13, 2024 by an independent accessibility contractor. The review included critical path analysis, usage data evaluation, and targeted testing of representative system pages. Accessibility assessments are periodically conducted to help guide future improvements.

Reporting Accessibility Issues
