Availability Commitment

CleryEdge maintains a 99.9% monthly availability commitment, excluding scheduled and defined excused maintenance. Availability is measured monthly using internal monitoring systems and calculated in accordance with our Service Level Agreement. If availability falls below the stated commitment, defined service credits apply.

Redundant Cloud Infrastructure

CleryEdge is hosted exclusively in U.S.-based Microsoft Azure data centers designed for high availability and redundancy. These facilities maintain industry certifications including ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3, FedRAMP, and other recognized standards. Our infrastructure incorporates multiple resilience and security measures, including:

Data Protection & Backup Practices
