Trip Tracker is a feature-rich travel registration system. Use it to register solo, group, and side trips (perfect for field trips, study abroad, and sports travel), assign country travel risk levels, communicate with travelers, approve or deny proposed trips, improve travel policy compliance, collect e-signatures, and more. Supercharge your travel risk and Clery oversight.
Use Trip Tracker to register off-campus travel for groups and individuals. Powerful permission settings allow you to customize the travel details users must submit. Collect as much or as little data as you’d like related to destinations, accommodations, transportation, rentals, approval, funding, and more.
Use Trip Tracker to improve export control and research policy compliance. When activated, this optional functionality requires users to acknowledge that they've read and understand your institution's export control and research policies. Notifications automatically alert campus officials about impacted trips.
Want to improve travel policy compliance? Trip Tracker makes it a breeze. Upload policy documents to the system. During registration, users will then be asked to certify that they've reviewed and understand them. Trip Tracker also includes the option to require users to e-sign pre-departure waivers.
With Trip Tracker, you can review proposed trips before approving them. Status flags indicate whether users have submitted required information and if a trip requires administrative review. Notifications automatically alert users about the status of trips they've registered and various pre-departure deadlines.
Trip Tracker helps you manage travel risk. Countries you designate as EXTREME risks do not appear as travel options, preventing users from registering trips there. Travel to countries you designate as as HIGH or MEDIUM risk require your review before approval. Travel to LOW risk countries is automatically approved.
Trip Tracker can be used to collect users’ emergency contact, health, passport, insurance, and other information, allowing you to better assist travelers in times of need. Built-in reports make it easy to track travel trends, streamline insurance purchases, and submit information to the State Department’s Smart Traveler Enrollment Program.
